“Hypnobirthing + Extras” with Natalie Meade (full)

Welcome to a very unique opportunity for locals in the Hunter.
Hypnobirthing style education for $240 (privately this course is valued around $600-$700).
(This is a passion project. From your incoming donations of 240, I keep a small hourly wage for myself and the rest is donated straight to the running costs of the Newcastle Birth Movement)
Main aspects include:
> Hypnobirthing and calmbirth-style learning and content
> A safer, more joyful and smoother birth for you and your baby.
> Confidence in birth and parenting – self calming and baby calming skills.
> Antenatal education helping you to know exactly how to work with your body
> Mindfulness, self-hypnosis and hip sway/belly breathing techniques for birth.
Dates:
Session One: Sunday 17th January @ Birth Movement at Hamilton, 9.30 am – 12 noon (face to face)
Session two: Sunday 24th Jan, 9.30am – 12 noon @ Birth Movement at Hamilton (face to face)
Session three: Sunday 31st Jan, @ Hamilton , 9:30am – 12 noon (this is a zoom from home session)
Session four: Sunday 7th Feb , Face to Face
Session Five: Sunday 14th Feb, Face to Face, Hamilton. (oh my goodness, do we graduate on valentines day!?)
Location: 21 Gordon Avenue, Hamilton
Atmosphere: Down to earth, relaxed, real and fun.
